Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order has been placed and payment has been received.
During periods of increased demand (such as holidays or sales events), processing times may be longer.
Shipping Methods and Costs

Free shipping is available for orders over PLN 200*.
Delivery Area
We ship throughout Poland and to selected countries within the European Union.
For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. The applicable shipping options and charges will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Complete a damage report with the courier upon delivery.
- Take photographs of the damaged packaging and the contents.
- Contact us at mybeskidgarden@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
This will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is not collected within the designated period, it will be returned to us.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
