Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Personal care products (such as cosmetics)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns of:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is also required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically using your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
